Returns: All returns must be approved by PLCP who will give you a Return Authorization (RA) Number and instructions prior to receiving returning shipment and obtaining a refund.

Product Satisfaction: PLCP prides itself on customer satisfaction. Should you not be 100% satisfied, we will give you a full refund (shipping charges excluded) within 30 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Returns are accepted within 30 days and are fully refundable (excluding shipping) once return is received back in new condition (unused) and in the same packaging as originally shipped. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
